RECORDED:
48 °
FISHING: Great
Bogy is in great shape running at 27 ft with 5 ft of vis. With last nights rain the fish are on the move. Fish will be in the upper river in a day or so.
Lots of silvers and a few kings stacked in the deeper holes in the lower river.
Pest techniques have been casting small spinners like copper, silver/blue, silver/green and gold. Been catching a few fish casting small Wiggle Warts in Pink, Met Pink, fire tiger, blue pirate and green Hornet.
Kings have been biting the same stuff along with eggs under a float. Try putting some tuna, sand shrimp of sardines with your eggs to spur a bite.
With the rise in the river should be able to start pulling some plugs or divers and bait. In the lower flows stick to small plugs like K-13 or T-4 flatfish in Silver/Char, Mr. Bill, Blue Scale, Met Pink and Green Hornet.
If fishing divers and bait stick witha #20 jet diver with either Herring or eggs behind it.
