Pecos River: Decent fishing on nice days. One of our guides reported a Baetis hatch on our downstream private water with rising fish. A couple of okay reports upstream, too.

Pecos River: No recent news. There's a rumor that the river has melted around the village, but the gauge up canyon is still iced in. If you want a pretty drive, go investigate with some beadhead nymphs in tow.

Pecos River: Pretty socked in above town. Winter stocking has begun downstream at Villanueva State Park and fishing was good on small beadheads. This park is about 2 hours from Santa Fe, southeast of I-25.
