Sol Duc River - January 13th, 2009
supplied by: Angler's Guide Service
RECORDED:
45 °
FISHING: Fair
Sol Duc in good shape running at 13 boards and 2 to 3 ft of vis.
Sol Duc dropping fast and is fishable today. It is going to be very high and colored but fishable. With the high water the higher in the system you go the better the fishing you will have. As the water level drops you can slowly start fishing downstream farther. For right now I would stick to fishing from Riverside down to Whitcomb Dimmel.
Best techniques will be to pull big plugs like a T-4 Flatfish in silver, silver red dots, flame, red devil, Cop Car, white-red and flounder.
