Dime Bright Steelhead For The Patient Angler: Five of the six steelhead we caught on this trip were pretty colored up and took the fly soft as you would expect, but this small wild chrome bright hammered my fly and ran all over the place after being hooked. This fish wiggled out of my hands and into the water just as the camera set on timer took the picture. Which was OK with me getting the fish back in the water ASAP, but the fish made three quick circles at my feet and then jumped out of the water and onto the rock my camera was on, begging me to take her picture. So I did.
