We specialize in offshore fishing off the coast of Venice, La. Which is located one hour south of New Orleans, La. Our area offers two types of offshore fishing which are Blue Water and Rig Fishing. While Blue Water fishing you have a chance to catch Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Yellow fin and Black fin tuna, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi. Near the coast around the rigs we have Snapper, Amberjack, Cobia, Grouper, Mackeral, and many other species. Our water depths drop off to thousands of feet just 15 miles offshore. The Mississippi Canyon holds an abundant variety of fish which makes our fishing unbelievable. Venice was rated the #1 Fishing Destination by ESPN Outdoors last year.

Directions:
From New Orleans, La. Venice is located 1.5 hours South on Highway 23. To get to Venice Marina from New Orleans you will take the Crescent City Connection or Greater New Orleans Bridge to the Westbank. Once on the Westbank Expressway you will exit the Lafayette Street exit and turn left. You will now be on Highway 23(Belle Chasse Highway) which will take you all the way down to Venice.

Usually our weather is mild and somewhat predictable. The waves offshore usually average 2-3ft. offshore. Equipment Used:

A charter license is required by all passengers which costs 5.00 per person. These are available at the Marina Store.
