La Playa Directions You want to head into downtown San Jose del Cabo, travel north (from Cabo San Lucas) on the main highway past La Jolla Resort, Coral Baja, Domino's Pizza, RV Park, then take the first or second right, probably the best way is to look for the tall yellow metal monument in the center highway divider, take a right there, it will pass Plaza Los Cabos on the right and dead end into a Blvd. that goes along the beach, passing several hotels on your right, Fiesta Inn, Posada Real, Crown Plaza, Royal Solaris and then will run into Presidente Hotel, you will want to take the left hand turn that is about 100 yards before Presidente Hotel, it only goes left, go for about 1/2 mile and look for the first right, not the rodeo, you will see signs leading to the new Marina, golf course and Poblado La Playa, it is just across the street from where the Red Cross and Fire Station is, well marked, go on the road to La Playa, it is paved, is about 2 miles all together to where the boats are, there will be a series of traffic circles, Mexican Glorietas, the first one is after you pass through the main San Jose (mostly dry) river bed, anyway take a left at the first circle, this one really only goes left, go up over the hill and at the bottom of the rise you will see the next circle, take a right, go a few hundred yards and it only goes left at the this circle, go up over the hill and take a right at the final circle, main heavy equipment construction storage yard will be on your right, follow this road all the way to the beach where we launch, chain link fence will be on your right the whole way, when you get to the pangas on the beach, veer to the far left as you are facing the water, the north side of the beach, GORDO BANKS PANGAS sign will be in front of a palapa fish filleting hut, I will be there to meet you, my car will be a blue Ford pick up, four-door crew cab. You should have no problem finding us, but if you have any other questions let me know. The fish has been very good lately, so hopefully that continues.
