Washington State's Olympic Peninsula offers some of the finest saltwater fishing in the Pacific Northwest. We fish Neah Bay for halibut, salmon, bottomfish, and blue sharks. The Pacific Ocean off Neah Bay offers the finest saltwater fly fishing for coho salmon and pink salmon anywhere. Also available is saltwater fly fishing for bottomfish (rockfish and lingcod) and blue sharks. Hood Canal offers incredible fly fishing for sea-run cutthroat and salmon. Fish the calm water inside Hood Canal for sea-run cutthroat and seasonal runs of coho and chum salmon. Topwater Charters, Inc. runs saltwater fly fishing guide trips all season long in both the Pacific Ocean off Neah Bay and Hood Canal along with US and Canadian halibut charters from May-July.

Nearby activities and attractions: Neah Bay is located close to the Olympic National Park's coastal strip. You can hike to Shi Shi Beach or drive to Lake Ozette to hike to Cape Alava or Sand Point. The Cape Flattery trail is a shorter trail that leads to great bird watching at the furthest Northwest tip of the United States. The Makah also have a world class museum located right in town.
Season: The season starts in March and ends in November. Hood Canal fly fishing trips run for the entire season. Neah Bay fishing starts April 16 and run until mid-September.
Equipment Used: You will fish onboard a 26' Almar at Neah Bay and a 17'6" North River in Hood Canal. All tackle is provided. We supply top quality fly fishing equipment from Sage, St. Croix, TFO, Ross, Rio, and Jim Teeny.
