Nearby activities and attractions:
The Denver metro area and front range have many historic locations and places to learn about the west. Lodging is available on our "45" water. It is unlike any place you have visited. And it is only 45 minutes from Denver.

Off-season rates are in effect from Nov. 1st to April 1st. During these times we have 2 trophy trout waters only 50 minutes from Denver. Steelheads, rainbows, cuttbows, brook and brown trout.
December and January are slower fishing months in Colorado. Spring and fall are excellent months to fish in Colorado. Our private waters have no bad months.

Water/Weather Conditions:
During the winter months we offer trophy trout fishing as well. We start our trips later in the morning. Let us treat you to a great fishing day along with a fabulous warm ranch lunch next to a fireplace.

Equipment Used:
5 or 6 weight rods are best. Floating lines. You may rent these through Trout Trips. We also rent hip waders. During the winter, layer clothing with capilene, fleece, gloves, waterproof jacket, wool socks. Spring and fall, temps are very pleasant. Summer months, shorts under waders with light weight wool socks.

Very reasonable rates year around. Contact Trout Trips or visit our website at www.trouttrips.com
